Sublette County Public Health will be offering flu and COVID-19 shot clinics starting in October.
Big Piney/Marbleton at Senior Center (no drive-thru events this year
• Tuesday, October 1st, 2024 10AM—5PM
• Every Tuesday Marbleton Public Health Office (starting 10/8) 9AM—4PM
Pinedale Drive-Thru Events in parking lot of the Museum of the Mountain Man
Thursday, October 3rd, 2024
• 10AM--12PM High-Dose Flu (65+ Years Only) and/or COVID
• 2PM—5PM Community Clinic (All Ages)
Thursday, October 10th, 2023
• 1PM—4:30PM Community Clinic (All Ages)

Vaccines Offered:
• Fluzone High-Dose Trivalent Vaccine—this vaccine has been approved for individuals 65+ years only and is intended to give age group a better immune response to vaccination. Cost $70/dose—Medicare Part B will pay for this vaccine.
• Fluzone Trivalent Vaccine—this vaccine is approved for individuals 6 months and older and is designed to protect against three different strains of flu. Cost $20/dose—cash or check accepted. We can bill Medicare, BCBS, Cigna, & UMR Insurance and Mountain Health Coop—please complete insurance information on registration form.
• Moderna COVID Boosters—new approved 2024 booster recommended for individuals >6 months of age. Cost $135/dose—Medicare Part B will pay for this vaccine. We can bill listed insurances. State provided doses currently on order for uninsured/underinsured individuals—call for availability.
Important Information:
• Please call Public Health to schedule your appointment at 307-367-2157. Appointments greatly appreciated; walk-ins accepted.
• Please bring completed consent form with you to events. Consent forms can be picked up at both Public Health Offices or go to our website at https://www.sublettecountywy.gov/179/Public-Health to download and print copy.
