Mountain Man Christmas events Dec. 10 in Pinedale

Come out for the fun in Pinedale on Saturday, December 10th for Mountain Man Christmas! Local stores will have specials and open houses that day. The Sublette County Chamber of Commerce will host the lighted Christmas Parade at 6:00PM (Pine Street/US 191 will be closed in town during the parade, drivers use alternate routes). The official tree lighting on the courthouse lawn will be at 6:30PM. The Chamber will have a hot beverage bar and bonfire in the evening. See the list below for the many events taking place on Saturday during Mountain Man Christmas.
Sublette County Visitor Center - open all day starting at 9 am offering free hot beverage bar, refreshments, events flyers and parade and lighting agenda. Sublette County hosting Campa Toys and Joseph's Rock Shop.
Museum of the Mountain Man – Open 9am to 5pm Saturday, free admission, cookies and cider, crafts, shopping and a blacksmith shop.
Snowmen at the Library – Snowmen crafts, cookies and hot chocolate all afternoon from 2:30 to 5:30 pm in the Lovatt Room. Bring the kids for snowman crafts themed around the favorite children's book Snowmen at Night. There will be cookies and hot chocolate too. This afternoon event replaces the Library's Kids Christmas Party of years past.
Santa's Little Shoppers - At the Pinedale Aquatic Center all day. Pictures with Santa & the Grinch, hot chocolate and cookie bar. All gifts are $1.00, for kids 10 and under, come buy presents for your family.
Christmas Figure Skating Show - at 12pm presented by the Wind River Skate Club.
Quality Wellness Studio - stop by for some hot cocoa and Christmas gift certificates and choose from an eclectic variety of local art and gifts.
Woodland Book Nook - 15% off toys 10-5pm, upstairs in the Summit Building.
JL Rock Shop - enter to win a $50 gift certificate with each purchase.
Cowboy Shop - spend $300 get a $100 gift card all day.
Hair in the Winds - 15% off gift certificates.
Bison’s Bounty - bucket o' donuts for $12 from 5 to 6 pm (perfect for parade watching). santa will be there from 1-3 pm for pictures and they are open late until 8:30 pm.
White Pine Ski Resort - Free burger with an adult full day lift ticket and 6$ for all kids/youth full day lift ticket. Lifts run from 9AM to 4PM.
Jak’s Salon - Specials all month long. On the 10th receive a free mini hemyz w/gift certificate purchase.
Rocky Mountain Power Sports - 10% off all clothing.
Best Western Pinedale Inn - $99 dollars a night for a 2-night stay.
Green River Valley Program of Jackson Hole Land Trust - Will have a cookie table for the public from 5-7pm at 7 West Pine Street.
Pinedale Community Choir Concert - Christmas Celebration through Scripture and Song. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Big Piney at 1:00PM. Free admission. Cookie and punch reception for everyone following the concert at the LDS church building.
Christmas Merry and Bright Parade - at 6:00 pm on Pine Street. US 191/Pine Street in Pinedale will be closed during the parade. Drivers use alternate routes.
Merry and Bright Lighting Contest winners announced at the Tree Lighting ceremony.
Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony - on the Courthouse lawn starting at 6:30pm.
