The Sage & Snow Garden Club will host their Annual Garden Tour & Tea on Saturday, August 4th from 1-5PM. Everyone is welcome. Learn how to garden in the challenging Wyoming environment while enjoying time with other gardeners, both aspiring and expert. Bring family, friends and children. There will be food and drinks at the first and third stops on the tour. The garden tour and dinner are free and open to the public. 1-2PM: Marlene Bauman and Bridger Johnston 222 N Franklin Ave, Pinedale, 307-371-4487 Features: Fabulous flowers in quaint displays and gardens. Snacks and soft drinks will be served. Directions: From the Sublette County Courthouse in Pinedale, travel west on Pine Street. Turn right at N. Franklin Avenue. House is on the left side of the street in the 200 block.
2-3PM: Michelle and John Overgaag 36 W. Coyote Trail in Half Moon Subdivision, Pinedale, 307-367-4881 Features: Beautiful flowers, Nanking cherries, greenhouse, drip irrigation system, in-ground vegetable garden beds. Directions: From Pinedale, head south on US 191. Turn left at Fayette Pole Creek Road. Turn right at Antelope Trail. Turn right at Coyote Trail. House is at the top of the hill at the end of the trail.
3-4PM: Doris and Paul Woodbury 89 S Bench Road, Pinedale, 307-367-6512 Features: Large hoop house loaded with vegetables and herbs and watered with drip irrigation system, lick tub gardens, flowers Directions: From Pinedale, head south on US 191. Turn left at the Sublette County Shop onto South Bench Road. Look for the two story house with the big red barn on the left side of the road.
4-5PM: Dinner at Woodbury’s Garden EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Garden Club members will serve pulled pork sandwiches, sides and desserts, along with tea, lemonade, wine, beer, and water.
