Monday, Oct. 31, 2:00PM update: Union Wireless cell service has been disrupted statewide in Wyoming since about 10:00AM this morning. The exact cause is not known at this time, but technicians are working on identifying the problem. Some customers are reporting no service at all, others report being able to go online and get text messages but not able to make phone calls.
