Town of Pinedale update – Animals up for adoption
by Town of Pinedale Animal Control
March 31, 2016
Animal Control works closely with Happy Endings Animal Rescue, also known as, H.E.A.R. to care for and help animals that are looking for new homes. There are stray town animals and H.E.A.R. animals, available for adoption now! Here is a short list of some of the available animals.
Jake is a male, young adult dog. He is black and white, medium sized dog, with prick ears and alert eyes. He is a border collie/heeler mix. He is friendly (after he gets to know you a little), and has good amount of energy.
Dolly is a female, young adult dog. She is an Australian Shepherd mix with beautiful coloring, including one blue eye and a partial blue eye. She is very affection to humans, but does not get along with other animals.
Goldie and Precious are both female, young adult dogs. They are Chihuahuas. Both are sweet and loving. They can be adopted together or separately!
Sissy is a female, young adult cat. She is black with lovely green eyes. She has a stellar personality and would do best in a home as the only cat.
Boots is a female adult cat. She is 6-years old and has only been an indoor cat. She is black and white. Boots is very loving and would be a great addition to any household.
There are more dog, cats, kittens and puppies available.
Most of the animals mentioned above are being housed at the Town of Pinedale Animal Control facility. You are welcome to call H.E.A.R. or contact Animal Control to inquire about the animals. The telephone number for H.E.A.R. is 307-360-6000 and Animal Control is 307-367-3892. Please also check out H.E.A.R.’s new website: happyendingsar.org.
Please remember, you must have your dog licensed in town. To license your pet, bring proof of vaccination to Town Hall, located at 69 Pinedale S. Road, along with the fee. Fees are $7.50 for spayed/neutered and $15 for unaltered dogs for one year. Also, chickens, along with other animals, must be permitted in town limits. The permitting fee is $5 for one year.
