Bob Jones takes over as Pinedale’s new Mayor; Matt Murdock and Michael Kudar selected as Town Councilpersons

The Town of Pinedale held their municipal elections on Tuesday, May 6th. Voters were asked to select candidates for Mayor and to fill two Town Council positions.
Pinedale will get a new Mayor, with challenger Bob Jones taking the helm from incumbent Stephen Smith, who has served for eight years. Matt Murdock will retain his seat for another term of service and Michael Kudar will fill the position left by Dave Hohl.
The election will be certified at noon on Wednesday, May 7th at the Pinedale Town Hall. The newly elected candidates will assume their positions on June 1.

Historical Notes: The largest turnout in the history of Pinedale was the election of 1988, when 491 people voted.
