Pinedale Municipal Elections May 6th

The Town of Pinedale will hold their municipal election on Tuesday, May 6th. Only residents who live within town limits can vote in this election. Citizens will vote to elect to fill the Mayor and two Town Council positions. The positions up for election are currently held by Stephen Smith as Mayor, and Dave Hohl and Matt Murdock on the Town Council. The following two members of the Town Council are not up for election as they have two more years to serve their terms: Nylla Kunard and Tim Lingle.
Candidates running for Mayor are incumbent Stephen B. Smith, who has served two terms, and challenger Robert (Bob) M. Jones.
Candidates running for Town Council (two will be elected) are: Barbara Boyce, Gary Heuck, Sarah Hunt, Michael Kudar, and Matt Murdock,
The polls will be open at the Pinedale Town Hall from 8AM to 7PM on Tuesday. Any citizen who won’t be able to vote on Tuesday can vote at the Pinedale Town Hall by absentee ballot on Monday, May 5th during normal business hours. If you aren’t registered and want to absentee ballot vote, you can register on Monday at the Sublette County Courthouse (bring government-issued photo ID) and then go over to the Pinedale Town Hall on Monday and vote during their normal business hours. Non-registered citizens can register on Tuesday at the courthouse (bring government-issued photo ID) then go to the Pinedale Town Hall to vote in the Tuesday election.
