The Wall Street Journal posted an article on March 11th saying it appears the Obama administration and environmental activists are working hand in hand using the Endangered Species Act to limit oil and gas drilling and other activities on federal land. In eleven western states, including Wyoming, the sage grouse is being used to limit or stop ranching, mining, road building, water projects and oil and gas drilling.
