Public meetings on draft Protocol between BLM and SHPO

The Bureau of Land Management Wyoming (BLM) is seeking public comment on the draft revised Protocol between BLM Wyoming and the Wyoming State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). The Protocol addresses how Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) is implemented for BLM undertakings in the State of Wyoming. Public meetings to discuss this document will be held on the following dates, times and locations: October 28, Casper, 4-7 pm, Casper Field Office 2987 Prospector Drive, Casper, Wyoming 82604 October 29, Worland, 4:30-7 pm, University of Wyoming Extension Office 1200 Culbertson Ave, Worland, Wyomng 82401 November 4, Rock Springs, 4-7 pm, Rock Springs Field Office 280 Highway 191 North, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901 Representatives of both BLM and SHPO will be present to explain the purpose of the document and to answer any questions the public may have. Written comments on this document will be accepted at these meetings.
