The Town of Pinedale Planning & Zoning Commission has been in discussions about amending the parking ordinance for some time. An ordinance has been drafted and the major point of contention is whether to exempt downtown from on-site parking requirements. The impetus of this proposal is to allow businesses to take advantage of street parking and increase foot-traffic downtown. Below is a letter and short survey that went out to property owners within the district describing the rationale of the proposal. The Commission wishes to collect general public input as well. The survey deadline is Nov. 21st, surveys can be returned to Town Hall at 210 W Pine, or PO Box 709 Pinedale, 82941 or electronically to zoningtop@wyoming.com. You are also welcomed to provide comments directly to Kate Grimes 307-367-4136 or the Commission Members which are Susan Gulbrandson, Barbara Boyce, Luke Roberts and John Fogerty.
