Janet Janet Montgomery

At Friday’s Sublette County Commission meeting, the commission had the difficult task of selecting between three highly qualified candidates to become the new District Court Clerk upon the retirement of Marilyn Jensen next month.

The Sublette County Republican Party had sent forward the names of three candidates: Janet Montgomery, Brenda Kennedy, and Maureen Rudnick. After reviewing their applications, and conducting interviews with all three, the commission was unanimous in selecting Montgomery for the job. All three commissioners expressed their appreciation that three such qualified candidates had been presented for their consideration.
