Big Sandy Creek Photo by Dave Bell.

Dave Bell hiked to Big Sandy Lake in the southern Wind River Mountains on Sunday, July 8th. "It was incredibly busy on the main trail as I am certain I saw over 100 people coming and going. There was little evidence of rain either as the trail is dust powder. I returned via Diamond and V-Lake--both little gems which see very little usage. Very pretty setting for both."
