New Pinedale Dinner Shuttle begins

Sublink Stage is pleased to announce the new Pinedale Dinner Shuttle, which will begin operation on Friday, June 1, 2012. The Shuttle is designed to transport guests from the major hotels on the west/north end of town to restaurants in downtown and to the south end of town. It will run from 5:00pm to 10:00pm Monday through Saturday throughout the summer, and hopefully beyond. Cost to riders will be $5.00, with a number of restaurants and bars offering special discounts to ticket holders. These discounts can add up and even exceed the cost of the ride!
Tanner West, owner of Sublink Stage, is considering this as a community service, and is looking forward to the fall when he plans to purchase a natural gas powered bus to make the runs (once the CNG station is in place at the School District #1 facility). Hampton Inn General Manager Kendra Biondich is excited to be able to offer this alternative transportation to her guests, especially those in town on business and for group events. Pat Bozner, owner of the Corral Bar & Grill, believes this service will benefit both her business and the riders, providing a safe ride for those who come to eat and drink.
The bus will run on a regular schedule, with times posted at each participating establishment. Riders will purchase their $5.00 tickets from the driver; cash and credit cards will be accepted. Tickets are good for the evening of purchase only. Locals are reminded that this is not a taxi service, but are quite welcome to participate if the route (along US Highway 191 from the Hampton Inn and Suites on the west to Pole Creek Brews on the east) meets their needs. To reach the shuttle driver during operating hours, call 307-360-6372. For questions about the service, please contact Alan Blackburn at 307-360-6271 or Tanner West at 817-797-5803.
