Developer says he will keep trying to move project forward by Pinedale Online! February 26, 2012 The Wyoming Business Report posted an article that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) dismissed a preliminary application for a permit to divert Green River water from Flaming Gorge Reservoir to the Colorado Front Rage. The $7 billion, 501-mile pipeline is the dream of Fort Collins, Colorado businessman Aaron Million. After the Corps of Engineers denied his permit application in June, 2011, Million decided to reapply through FERC. Despite the dismissal, Million says he will continue to move forward with his project plans.
