The Wyoming Business Report posted an article saying the Corps of Engineers has cancelled an EIS permit application by Colorado developer Aaron Million to divert water from the Green River and Flaming Gorge reservoir over to Colorado. Million was notified of the decision on Thursday, July 14th. The developer apparently responded by saving he will now switch agencies to pursue the proposal.
