| BLM makes appointments to PAWG Pinedale Anticline Working Group

 The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Anticline Working Group (PAWG) has received confirmation of the appointment of nine new members, bringing the total PAWG membership to a full board of ten.
 All ten members are appointed to achieve balance within three representative categories and throughout the PAWG itself. Gary Rees, representing the public-at-large in Category II, is the PAWG’s one previously appointed member. The nine new appointees are as follows:
 
 Michael Kramer             Category I - Adjacent Landowner
 Paul Hagenstein            Category I - Grazing Permittee
 Cally McKee                Category I - Energy and Mineral Development
 Joy Bannon                 Category II - Dispersed Recreation
 Stephanie Kessler           Category II - Environmental Organization
 Thomas Kearns              Category II - Public-at-Large
 Bart Myers                 Category III - Local Government (Sublette County)
 Eugene Ninnie                    Category III - Local Government (Town of Pinedale)
 John Anderson           Category III - Academician
 
 The PAWG is tasked with providing recommendations and advice to the BLM on the development and implementation of monitoring plans, mitigation and adaptive management decisions pertinent to oil and gas activities in the Pinedale Anticline Project Area.
 
 The next PAWG meeting will take place on Thurs., Feb. 3 at 10 a.m. in the Pinedale Field Office Rendezvous Room at 1625 W. Pine St., Pinedale, Wyoming. The agenda includes an orientation session for new PAWG members and updates on water and air quality.
