When: Wednesday, July 21st and Wednesday, July 28th from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Where: The Wrangler Gym

Cost: School Special $30.00. Payment expected at time of service (cash or check only). Insurance will not be billed. Please have form signed and completed by a parent or guardian prior to your physical.
