Pinedale band 'The Tie Hacks' (featuring local singer/songwriters John Fogerty and Jason Burton of The Science Rockets) have been selected for the first ever Grand Targhee Battle of the Bands contest.

Of the many bands that make it through the selection process, five winners will be determined by online voting and will play a BOB Showdown at the Spud Drive-In on Saturday, June 5. A second round of voting during the Battle of the Bands Showdown will reveal the winning band, which will open the 6th Annual Targhee Fest (http://www.grandtarghee.com/summer/music-festivals/targhee-fest.php) on Friday, July 16.
