The 28th Aniel Daniel Chili Cookoff and Dessert Auction will be held on Saturday, April 4 at the Historic Daniel Schoolhouse at 18 Schoolhouse Lane in Daniel.

Chili Entry Check In from 4:00 to 5:00 PM: Two categories: red & green

Entry fee: $10 per entry. 80% of proceeds go to winners. Embroidered aprons also awarded. Bring a crock pot (name & phone on bottom) of chili to be plugged in at the schoolhouse.

5:00 to 6:00 pm: Chili Judging

6:00 pm Dinner: $5 per person or $15 per family. No fee for chili entrants.

7:00 pm Dessert Auction/Fundraiser: Bring any dessert.

Prizes: Best Decorated & Biggest Money Raiser. Funds run the Daniel Community Center.
