Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission Agenda For the Meeting of January 5, 2009
The Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on January 5, 2009 at 5:30 pm at the Town of Pinedale Town Hall 210 W. Pine St., Pinedale, and WY in regard to the following items:
1. Approval of Minutes
2. Applicant: Thomas Kellen, P.O. Box 606, Pinedale WY 82941. Proposed Action: Construction of a 4 unit Apartment structure. Subject Property located in the C-1 Zoning district. Subject Property located at S. Coulter Loop, part of the Pinedale Estates Addition, Lots 8-11 Block 5, Lot 8. Tax Grid Number 02-00-13019.
3. Applicant: Big Rig Catering, LLC. Proposed Action: Use change to proposed restaurant catering facility. Property located in the R-2A zoning district. Subject property located at 306 S. Bridger Ave. Lot 1, Block 2 Cooley Seventh Addition, Tax Grid No 02-00-00654.
4. Applicant: Property Partners, LLC P.O. Box 1761, Pinedale, WY 82941. Proposed Action: Vacation and Re-Plat of Lots 10 and 11, Block 5 of the Triangle Addition. Property is located along Rt 191 rezoned to a C-1(Re zone action to requisite reading s before Town Council). Subject Property located at 639 S. Pine Street, Pinedale WY 82941. The Town of Pinedale will vote on the second reading for Ordinance 442 at their Monday, January 12 meeting.
