The Pinedale Aquatic Center is seeking bid proposals for large pivoting fans, from 10’ to 20’ in diameter, to accommodate air flow throughout the facility. Copies of the RFP may be obtained from Jan Clark, PAC Office Assistant, by calling 307-367-2832 extension 6242.

BIDS WILL BE OPENED 3:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, JULY 30, 2008, in the Pinedale Aquatic Center Office, at 535 N. Tyler Ave., Pinedale, Wyoming. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The Pinedale Aquatic Center is governed by the Joint Powers Board whose majority sits on the Sublette County School District's Board of Trustees. All financial transactions are overseen by SCSD #1's Director of Business and Finance. The Pinedale Aquatic Center Joint Powers Board reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding or in any bid, reject any or all bids without further obligation and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the Pinedale Aquatic Center. The PAC Joint Powers Board does not bind itself in any way to accept the low bid.
