FWS promotes intolerance for wolves?

According to a coalition of environmental groups, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s proposal to change the federal rules regarding non-essential experimental wolves in the Northern Rockies will “significantly set back wolf recovery.”
The groups claim that there is “no legitimate biological justification” for the current proposal, which would allow states to kill wolves when wildlife populations are adversely affected by wolf predation.
The groups claim that rather than promoting recovery, FWS’s rule change promotes intolerance for wolves.
