Before the Wreck
Shortly after this picture was taken, cowboy Ty Anderson was slammed into the arena fence and injured. Sublette EMS paramedics checked him and took him out by ambulance. He broke his foot, but will be ok.

Just after the previous photo was taken, Jake Larsen's horse took a nose dive into the dirt, then seconds later jumped high into the air. Through it all, Jake held on, to score 77 points and win the Saddle Bronc event. Larsen is from Orem, Utah.
