| Baby it’s cold outside! Bondurant drops to -46 Thursday

 A second straight day of frigid temperatures set records across the state of Wyoming Thursday. Big Piney’s low of -35 broke the old record of -27 set in 1956. Rock Springs shivered at -20, breaking their 1978 record of -13.
