Chuckwagon Days Parade Chuckwagon Days BBQ

Big Piney’s Chuckwagon Days are held each year over the 4th of July holiday. The weather was beautiful for this year’s celebrations for all three days, July 2-4.

Events included a Li’l Buckaroo Rodeo on Saturday (see link below for story and photos). Rodeos were held Sunday and Monday. Big Piney High School held their annual all-school reunion also over the weekend, with a picnic and get-togethers.

The big day was Monday the 4th, beginning with a 5K and 10K Walk/Run in the morning. The parade was held down main street (Budd Avenue) with the theme "This Land is Your Land". The parade was followed by the Chuckwagon Days free BBQ at the Sublette County Fairgrounds with roast beef, baked beans, potato salad and more.
