This elk was grazing over the hill from the elk feedground. We saw two elk on the drive in, several miles apart. Both were easily seen from the main road and weren't too concerned that we were watching them. That will change soon and they'll be more elusive. Spring is a great time to get a chance to observe big game wildlife on day drives around here.
