The court decision from the District Court Ninth Judicial District in the case of residents of Bondurant, Wyoming suing regarding a decision to allow a zoning classification change for the Jackson Fork Ranch LLC in Bondurant came back in favor of the Sublette County Commissioners. The decision was filed on December 27, 2022.

Seven residents from Bondurant filed the suit to try to stop the zoning change which would allow the zoning change for 56 acres from agricultural to recreational services. The court heard oral arguments on November 10, 2022, reviewed parties’ briefs, and reviewed files in making the decision.

The court ruled the petitioners lacked standing to contest the decision of the Board of County Commissioners; the Commissioners did substantially comply with its own rules; and the Board did adhere to Sublette County zoning requirements when it issued its resolution.

The 17-pagen ruling concludes, "The decision of the Sublette County Board of County Commissioners is AFFIRMED."
