SCRHCD Board seeks public input on future health care operations

The Sublette County Rural Health Care District Board of Trustees is seeking public input to explore alternate models for the delivery of health care services in Sublette County. The RHCD Board has formed a Community Task Force committee composed of health care board members, district staff and community members with the intent to identify at least three (3) viable models, and they are requesting community input regarding those possible models. With the help of the public’s input, the sole purpose of the Community Task Force Committee will be to find the best way for the RHCD to move forward.
Committee Purpose and Need: The purpose of the Community Task Force Committee will be to: seek public input regarding alternate health care models review public input comments identify three (3) viable options present viable options to the RHCD Board of Trustees at the December 21, 2016 meeting The RHCD Board of Trustees will then make a decision regarding those options as presented by the committee.
How to Comment and Timeframe: Written or electronic public comments will be accepted through Wednesday, November 30th. Written comments can be dropped off at either clinic during business hours or hand delivered to Scott Scherbel, Chairman of the Future Options Community Task Force at Scherbel Surveyors, Marbleton, Wyoming. Electronic comments can be sent to: publiccomments@sublettehealthcare.com or scottscherbel@gmail.com. All comments received, including names and addresses of those who comment, will be available for public review.
