November 30, 2014
Sunday, November 30, 10:00AM report: 24 degrees at Kelly Park, sunny, no wind, about 1 inch fresh snow. Kelly Park, Moose Ridge, Surveyor Park and Old Road Trail all groomed for classic and skating. Kelly Tie-in and Lower Surveyor are both flat groomed. Lower Surveyor still has a lot of water issues due to overflow at the lower end at the bottom where the trail crosses Surveyor Creek. Surveyor Park Loop west of the Nordic Warming hut could have some water on the snow - also could be overflow where Old Road Trail crosses Surveyor Creek on the road to White Pine. Don’t want to get water on your skis or you will lose your glide. Carry a scraper or use your skis to scrape ice off. Avoid the water! Road plowed, snowpacked. This Nordic Ski Trail grooming report is courtesy of the Sublette County Recreation Board. For more information, call or text Mike Looney, 307-360-8488. ___________________________________
