"Spring Forward" today (in the United States, except for Hawaii and Arizona), Sunday, March 11, 2012, for Daylight Savings at 2:00am – move your clocks ahead 1 hour.

DST ends on Sunday, November 4, 2012, 2:00am to "Fall Back" and set clocks back again one hour.
