The Pinedale and Marbleton/Big Piney Medical Clinics will be offering free Immunization Clinics during the month of August.

ALL SCHOOL REQUIRED IMMUNIZATIONS AVAILABLE

PINEDALE MEDICAL CLINIC:
AUGUST 10TH AND 24TH
8:00 A.M – 4:00 P.M.

MARBLETON/BIG PINEY CLINIC:
AUGUST 22ND 8:00 A.M – 4:00 P.M.
(Note: this clinic was changed from the 24th to the 22nd so as not to conflict with the first day of school.)

If possible, please provide immunization records prior to the date of clinics by dropping them off at the front desk. They will make copies and return them to you. Children 2 months to 18 years of age are eligible.
