SUBLETTE COUNTY, WYOMING RURAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICT ELECTION DAY: Tuesday, May 4, 2010, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE: Monday, April 5, 2010.
VOTER REGISTRATION WILL BE PERMITTED AT THE POLLS ON RURAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICT ELECTION DAY, TUESDAY, MAY 4, 2010. A WYOMING DRIVERS LICENSE OR A PICTURE FORM OF IDENTIFICATION AND PROOF OF RESIDENCY WILL BE REQUIRED.

PROPOSED BALLOT PROPOSITION
Shall the Sublette County Rural Health Care District mill levy be increased from two (2) mills to four (4) mills to provide additional funding to support emergency medical services (EMS) and other healthcare services of the Distict?
CAMPAIGN FILING REQUIREMENTS
EVERY Political Action Committee shall file a Statement of Receipts Only Report by April 27, 2010, and a Statement of Campaign Receipts and Expenditures by May 14, 2010.
POLLING PLACE ACCESSIBILITY
If you require assistance to vote by reason of blindness, disability, or inability to write, you may be given assistance by a person of your choice. If you have questions regarding the accessibility of your polling place, please contact your County Clerk.
ABSENTEE VOTING
Any person who expects to be absent from his place of residence on Election Day, or who cannot be present at his precinct polling place on Election Day because of illness, injury, disability, old age or tenets of religion, may apply for an absentee ballot in person, in writing, by email, or by telephone, at the Office of the County Clerk, 21 S. Tyler, P.O. Box 250, Pinedale, WY 82941, 307-367-4372 or 307-276-3827, maryl@sublettewyo.com. Absentee ballots may be requested through May 3, 2010, at your County Clerk’s Office. ______________________________
