Summer is here and runners hopefully are getting in shape and training for the 2009 Pinedale Half Marathon in Pinedale on September 26th. Organizers have been offering a series of workshops to help with the training. The next workshop will be on Tuesday, June 30th.

June 30: Dr. Demetriou, "Running from Injury: What to look for and how to prevent it," Proactive Rehabilitation in Pinedale, 6:00 PM.
