Cowbelles Quilt Green River Cowbelles - Cattlewomen quilt.

The Green River Cowbelles/Cattlewomen are working on a new quilt and are starting to sell raffle tickets. Money raised goes towards helping the organization promote beef nutrition awareness, beef /agriculture education in the classroom, scholarships, beef youth groups, local agricultural organizations and other educational or community needs.

The quilt raffle is drawn every March at the Annual Cattlemen's Banquet. Tickets are one for $1.00 or 6 for $5.00. Scarves, decorated with brands, may also be purchased. Cotton scarves are $5 each, or 3 for $12, and Rayon scarves are $15 each. Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the year, including the upcoming Home & Garden Show and during Green River Rendezvous Days.

The Cowbelles/Cattlewomen also offer Beef Certificates, which can also be purchased through the First State Bank of Pinedale, First Bank in Pinedale and Bank of the West in Big Piney. Certificates make wonderful presents for holidays, birthdays and thank-you gifts.
