The Jonah Interagency Mitigation and Reclamation Office (JIO) has developed draft reclamation criteria used to measure reclamation success in the Jonah Field. The information is now available for public review and comment. These criteria are the result of an exhaustive review of existing data from a number of governmental and private sources, multiple site visits to other reclamation locations, study of the ecological status of the Jonah Field, and identifying reasonable expectations for vegetation growth.

Public comments on these criteria will be accepted through October 29, 2006. Please provide written comments to the JIO at: PO Box 768, Pinedale, WY 82941 or e-mail JIO_WYMail@blm.gov.
