The Town of Pinedale Planning & Zoning Board met for their regular meeting on Monday, October 2nd. At the end of the meeting and workshop session, Robert Brito advised the other board members that they had been invited to a joint meeting with the Sublette County Planning & Zoning and the County Commissioners to meet with a developer who wants to put in a 500-unit subdivision within the one mile town buffer. It would be south of Pole Creek Road on the east side of Highway 191, about a mile south of Pinedale.
The developer, who was not named, will give a presentation to the country and town officials at this meeting. The subdivision hinges on being able to tie into Pinedale sewer and water services, which would need to be extended to the area.
The meeting will be in the Commissioner’s room of the Sublette County Courthouse on Wednesday, October 11th. The Board was unsure of the time, but it will be advertised in the local newspapers on Thursday. The public is invited to attend.
