Pinedale Half Marathon Sept. 24
Half Marathon, 10K and 1-Mile courses

The 2nd annual Pinedale Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, September 24th. The event also includes a 10K and one mile walk/run for those who want to participate in shorter courses. Participants may walk or run any of the courses.
The Half Marathon (12.1 miles) starts at 8:30 am from the American Legion Park. The 10K (6.2 miles) begins at 9:30 am. Free shuttles to the course starting line will be provided from the American Legion Park at 8:30 am. The 1-Mile begins at the American Legion Park at 10:30 am.
Courses will follow roadways, sealed asphalt bike bath and some dirt or gravel road segments along Fremont Lake stretches. The course will be signed and will have frequent water stations.
Cost to enter the Half Marathon and 10K is $12.50. Entry for the 1-Mile is free. All participants will receive a free wind shirt. There will be a free community appreciation BBQ lunch, sponsored by EnCana USA, at the American Legion Park from 11 am to 1 pm. Entertainment will be provided by Ed Delong and the Folk Town group.
Race packets can be picked up between 10 am to 5 pm at Sublink Stage in Pinedale at 46 N Franklin Ave, or from 7:30 am to 8:00 am on race day at the American Legion Park.
