| Title: | SAFV Task Force Advocate |

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.
Assist clients in safety planning, accessing resources, and navigating legal and social service systems.
Facilitate educational and support groups as needed.
Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers to support organizational goals and client services.
Work collaboratively with community partners, including law enforcement, healthcare providers, and other social services organizations.
Participate in outreach efforts to increase community awareness about domestic violence and available services.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred).
Experience in advocacy or a related field is a plus, but training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in stressful and emotionally charged situations.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Leadership skills and experience working with or managing volunteers is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on-call as needed.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Salary Range: $39,000 to $45,000 based on experience
