Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on our homebuilding sites. This role requires a strong background in residential construction and proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and job site quality with a sharp attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all phases of residential construction projects from groundbreaking to final walk-through
Interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and budgets
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams
Maintain project schedules and ensure timely project delivery
Uphold quality control standards and site safety practices
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and partners
Provide leadership and direction to on-site workers and ensure cohesive teamwork
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction
Experience in a supervisory or management role strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Strong organizational skills with a results-driven approach
Must be a clear and confident communicator
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with construction budgets, materials, and project timelines
