About Us:
We are a dedicated non-profit organization committed to supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. Our mission is to provide refuge, assistance, and support to individual affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
Position Overview:
The Executive Director is the key leader of our organization, responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, fundraising, community outreach, and program development. This role serves as the face of the organization, working closely with staff, the Board of Directors, and community partners to advance our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Oversee the organization’s financial health, including budget planning, grant writing, and fundraising efforts.
• Supervise and support staff, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to non-profit operations.
• Represent the organization in community partnerships, advocacy efforts, and public events.
Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a non-profit or social services environment.
• Knowledge of domestic violence, sexual assault, or crisis intervention programs is highly desirable.
• Strong financial management, fundraising, and grant writing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders.
