| Description: | The Sublette County Hospital District is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (physician assistant or nurse practitioner) for the emergency department in the Pinedale Medical Clinic and future Sublette County Hospital Emergency Room. The current emergency department offers 24/7 emergency services at the Pinedale Clinic in Pinedale, WY and this position would transition to the Sublette County Hospital upon completion, expected summer 2025. This APP would work eight (8) 24-hour shifts per month. The best candidate for this position would be experienced in emergency medicine and comfortable providing solo coverage with limited support. PRN positions are also available. This is truly a rural clinic as the nearest hospital is approximately 78 miles away.

SCHD complies with the Wyoming Office of Rural Health to allow eligibility for the Wyoming Healthcare Professional Loan Repayment Program. If no funding is available through the Wyoming Office of Rural Health, the Sublette County Hospital District offers its own loan repayment program with a 3-year minimum commitment.

Pinedale, Wyoming is located approximately 77 miles south of Jackson Hole in the Green River Valley between the Wyoming, Gros Ventre and Wind River Mountain Ranges.
