Mt. Wilbur From Swiftcurrent Pass Trail


The Swiftcurrent Pass Trail is about 15 miles roundtrip and climbs 2,400 vertical feet to Swiftcurrent Pass. The trail begins in the Many Glacier area by the Swiftcurrent Motor Lodge and Store. It is like many of the Glacier trails--gentle initial approach and then up, up and up. This trail was spectacular due to the vista's and the useage of "goat trails" to work up through rock bands and around blind corners. Very spectacular!!
