Title: | Part-time Office Assistant |
Description: | Part-time Office Assistant wanted at Pinedale Natural Gas. Expected hours are no more than 25 per week. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 2:30pm.
Duties: - Provide project coordination support, including organizing and maintaining files, and tracking deadlines. - Assist with customer support activities, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. - Perform various clerical duties, including filing documents, data entry, photocopying, and scanning. - Perform entry tasks by accurately inputting customer information into the system and ensuring timely processing.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. - Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and QuickBooks. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. - Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
