27, 2007:
Workers are framing in the second floor. Electrical power is to the building.
Update: Tuesday, January 16, 2007:
Workers are doing wall framing in back and will then put up the exterior siding.
Next they'll put on the flooring for the second floor in back and start framing
that portion in.

Good progress on raising logs on the front portion of the building.
Update: Tuesday, January 9, 2007:
The main floor of the building will be 2,220
square feet. The upper floor will be 1,474 square feet, for a total area
of 3,694 square feet. The main floor contains a vestibule for 24 hour
information access, display areas, reception desk, a media/work room,
2 offices, 2 storage areas, mechanicals and restrooms. The two
downstairs offices will be used by Sublette County Chamber of Commerce
staff. The upper floor is currently configured with one bathroom, a large
storage room, a potential tenant space and an additional office for the
Director of the Sublette County Joint Tourism Promotion Board. There
are outside entrances on the south and west sides of the display area
as well as one into the media room and one from the parking lot into
the restroom hallway. Restrooms are designed to accommodate a busload
of people.
The visitor's center is expected to be completed
in the summer of 2007. |
